Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers fantastic rooms with tall ceilings of about 4 meters high, although the choice of carpet could be improved. Starting off with a balcony overlooking the plaza is a nice touch. The service is top-notch, especially the amazing concierge who went above and beyond to help us make the most of our stay in Berlin. The location is the standout feature of this property, perfectly situated for exploring the city and boasting stunning views from the rooftop terrace bar. The dining experience, while fabulous at the rooftop bar, was lacking in prompt service and food quality. Overall, a great spot for touring Berlin's major sites with a few minor room and dining considerations.
My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were spacious and beautifully appointed with a stunning view of the opera of Berlin. The bed was so cozy with luxurious duvets, and the bathroom had all the little details that made it feel like a private spa. The basement gym and spa were fantastic amenities to have during my stay, although I didn't get to use them as much as I'd have liked.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were well-appointed with high-end furniture and superb design, but the Behren Suite felt too small for the price paid. The service was top-notch with knowledgeable and professional staff, especially the concierge who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The location couldn't have been better for exploring the main sights of Berlin, although the dining experience left much to be desired. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.
Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the front desk staff before heading up to our spacious and beautifully done suite. The rooms were large, comfortable, and exquisitely designed, complete with luxurious bathrooms. The hotel boasts a wonderful spa and gym in the basement. The service was extremely helpful and welcoming, offering assistance with essential needs for our small children. The location was excellent, within easy walking distance to all the major sites of Berlin. However, the dining experience left something to be desired with slower service and limited options.
